Join us on May 29 for a special event dedicated to the health and wellness of our senior community. This year, we’re excited to assemble local resources and provide you with a morning filled with activities and information tailored to support the well-being of older adults in Whatcom County.

Start your morning with us, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore a variety of local resources. We will feature info from organizations and services in Whatcom County that cater specifically to the needs of older adults. It’s a great chance to gather valuable information, ask questions, and connect with the services that matter most to you.
Pop-Up Fitness Class: Active Older Adults
Time: 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM
Don’t forget to bring your workout gear because, following the resources fair, we will transition into a fun and energizing fitness class designed especially for active older adults. This class will be led by our talented AOA (Active Older Adults) instructors in the gym. Whether you’re a regular at our classes or new to the exercise routine, this session promises to be enjoyable and beneficial for your fitness journey.
