Adaptive Sports at the Whatcom Family YMCA

We believe that everyone, regardless of ability, should have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of physical activity, teamwork, and community through sports. Our adaptive sports programs are designed to be inclusive, offering all individuals the chance to participate in a variety of recreational and semi-competitive sports. We’re proud to create an environment where everyone can thrive, connect, and achieve their goals—because when everyone plays, we all win.

Whether you're looking to try something new or compete in a familiar sport, our adaptive sports programs offer something for everyone. Below, you'll find details on our latest offerings and events.
