Meet individually with one of our nationally certified personal trainers who will develop a safe, effective workout for you, Ideal for someone just beginning to exercise or for a regular fitness participant looking for variety. Each session is one hour.
Step #1: REGISTER & PAY
Step #2: COMPLETE P.T. HEALTH HISTORY FORM
Step #3: Once all of the above are completed your trainer will contact you
TEEN STRENGTH TRAINING CLASS
A one-on-one personal training session just for teens. Session includes Wellness Center equipment instruction, safe lifting techniques, strength training principles (including basic program design) and Wellness Center etiquette. Successful completion of this class allows youth ages 12-14 use of the Wellness Center without adult supervision. Youth 15-18 can also register for this if they are new to using our Wellness Center equipment and want one on one instruction.
