Developed by Dr. Paul Lam at the Tai Chi for Health Institute, this class is based on Sun Style Tai Chi, a practice known for its numerous health benefits. Whether you’re looking to increase your balance or prevent falls, this course is perfect for you!

What to Expect:

Who Can Join:

This class is open to all adults, ages 18-110. No prior tai chi experience is necessary, and it’s perfect for beginners who want to explore the health benefits of this ancient practice.
