Tai Chi Qigong

Want to find joy and peace in practice? Tai Chi Qigong is a set of 18 graceful, meditative movements, based on traditional Tai Chi, created as a recovery and life-long maintenance practice for people leaving Shanghai Hospital.

It has become one of the most popular Qigong sets in the world as it is relatively easy to learn and practice and has many benefits for the body and mind.

Tai Chi Qigong (aka Shi ba shi) is great for those wanting to experience some of the profound health benefits of Tai Chi but aren’t ready to commit to learning the often complex movements and sequences involved in Tai Chi forms. It is relaxing and energizing and a joy to practice.
