A 60 minute, gentle, yoga class for cancer patients and survivors. Exploring a combination of mind-body practices to bring greater health and wellness into all levels of being. We will begin each practice in chairs and progress to standing and deep relaxation poses. Maximum of ten participants per class.

Jessie Lu Galbraith is an RYT 200 (registered yoga teacher) with a lifetime of practicing yoga and meditation. She has been focusing her continuing education on yoga for cancer, completing many hours of cancer specific pranayama, asana, mudra and yoga nidra training.

After advocating for her father during his journey with cancer, she realized how beneficial gentle yoga practices can be to the cancer experience and welcomes the opportunity to help patients and survivors find places of comfort, control and community in a non-clinical environment.
