Try Out Our New Yoga Classes or Join Our Existing Ones!

 

2022 is underway and the YMCA is excited to offer 2 new evening Yoga classes to our Group Fitness Schedule!

 

Yin Yoga with Janessa begins Monday, January 3:  5:30-6:30pm (In-Person)

This class is designed for joint mobility and deep tissue work. Cozy props such as blankets, pillows, cushions and blocks are encouraged. This In-Person class is open to Y Members and Non-Members (with the purchase of a day pass) and takes place in 4th Floor Studio One.

 

 

Hatha Yoga with Janessa begins Wednesday, January 12:  5:30-6:30pm (In-Person)

This class incorporates intuitive movement with some longer held poses. This In-Person class is open to Y Members and Non-Members (with the purchase of a day pass) and takes place in 4th Floor Studio One.
